These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in programs and services offered by Jennifer Veronica Zea Betancourt trading as The Creative Workshops ("we", "us", "our"). By enrolling in any program or service, you agree to these terms in full.
The Creative Workshops offers structured group transformation programs, workshops, and related services designed to support personal development and creative reclamation. These services are provided in Auckland, New Zealand, and via Zoom.
Payment is required in full prior to program commencement unless a payment plan has been individually agreed upon in writing. Payment plans are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 7 days of completing Week 1 of your enrolled program, and provide evidence of all of the following:
Refund requests that meet these criteria will be processed within 14 working days. You may keep all program materials provided up to that point.
We do not offer refunds after Week 2 or beyond, or for requests that do not meet the above criteria.
Payment plan arrangements: if a payment plan has been agreed and a valid refund is approved, any instalments paid will be refunded. No further instalments will be required.
Jennifer Veronica Zea Betancourt is not a medical professional, psychologist, or registered counsellor. The services provided by The Creative Workshops are designed for personal development and creative transformation purposes only.
Our services complement, but do not replace, the expertise of medical practitioners or qualified counsellors. If you suspect you may have a mental illness or are experiencing a mental health crisis, we strongly encourage you to consult with a qualified healthcare provider for an accurate diagnosis before engaging in our programs.
By enrolling, you confirm that you are in a suitable state of mental and physical health to participate in a structured group personal development program.
You agree to engage respectfully with Jennifer and all other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the program without refund if their behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful to others.
Sessions may be recorded for participants who are unable to attend in person. Recordings are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.
All program materials, frameworks, worksheets, and content provided by The Creative Workshops remain the intellectual property of Jennifer Veronica Zea Betancourt. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any materials without prior written consent.
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, The Creative Workshops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your participation in our programs. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the program.
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
